BROWN Alexander Kellock
Title. A Coming Storm.

A K Brown was born in Edinburgh in 1849 and died in Arran in 1922. He studied at the Glasgow School of Art and subsequently became a textile designer, while he studied at Heatherley's in London. He was President of the Glasgow Art Club and exhibited widely in both Scotland and England. His work is represented in the collections of Glasgow and Paisley Art Galleries.
